A new concept

This is how it works:

The Hostess first contacts me to schedule the party. I will provide you with all the invitations to mail out to your friends and all the ordering supplies you will need. You decide the theme, holiday, family, mothers and children, etc. You host the party at your home or outdoor location*, arrange appointment times for the mini-sessions, I post the proofs online, your guests will view the proofs online, order and pay you for their portrait orders. I deliver the final portraits to you and you deliver to them. It is that simple!!

The hostess will receive a percentage of the gross sales based on the number of guests at the party that will be credited toward his/her portrait order.

(1 family represented equals one guest)

9 or more guests ~ the hostess receives 20% credit for gross sales toward her portrait purchases !!

6-8 guests the hostess will receive 15% credit for total gross sales toward her portrait purchases !!

Minimum of 6 guests scheduled for the party, this includes the hostesses family as well.

BONUS INCENTIVE: Total party sales of greater than $1000 (including hostess discounted total) the hostess will receive a portrait package of 1- 8x10, 2-5x7s and 8-wallets of one pose. Plus for each portrait party booked from your party the hostess will receive $25 discount on her order.

What's the catch, there is none!

There is no cost to the hostess, unless she wants to provide finger foods etc. The hostess schedules the sessions, I do the work at the party, you are a hostess. No sitting fee, no minimum order for your guests. No pressure sales, I post them online, they can share the web address for others to view. They decide what they want to order the hostess collects the payments for the orders, it is that simple. And for very little work the hostess will reap the benefit of a discount toward the purchase of quality family portraits to cherish for a lifetime.

*Some public and/or private locations may require fees or permits for professional photographers. If an outdoor location is the hostess' choice it will be up to the hostess to cover the fees or obtain the permit for the session. However most any hostesses property can lend itself to a quality area for outdoor portraits weather permitting, of course.
